Garden Good Green Beans
1 pound of green beans 1 medium onion, sliced 3 tablespoons of butter 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon 1/4 cup
of water
Snip ends off green beans; halve lengthwise, then crosswise. Sauté onion in butter until soft in a medium saucepan. Stir in beans; toss until shiny moist. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling; cover. Cook 10 minutes or until beans are just crisply tender and serve. Yields: 4 Servings
