Green Bean Casserole 4 - Cook 1 package
of frozen French Style Green beans with 1 tablespoon of bacon fat and 1
large clove garlic. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt over low heat 1/4 pound
of Velveeta cheese in 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom or cream of
celery soup. Add 1/4 cup of blanched Almonds, quartered. Drain the beans and
put in casserole. Pour cheese mixture over beans and bake at 350ºF. until
brown and bubbly. About 20 minutes. Serves 4 - 6
