pound of ham one 16 ounce can of pineapple slices, juice reserved Cherries Brown sugar Mustard Cloves |

Cut fat from ham. Make a coating from equal amounts of fruit juice and brown. Add mustard to taste. Coat ham with mixture. Bake at 325ºF. for about 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently. Score ham and place a clove in each cross. Place pineapple slices with cherries inside over ham. Bake another 30 minutes.
