Ham with Wine Sauce
1 center cut ham slice, 3 inch thick
Whole cloves
prepared mustard
brown sugar
1 cup of Port wine |

Score ham, stick cloves around fat. Cover one side with
mustard, rub in brown sugar. Turn ham, repeat. Place in baking dish, pour
wine around ham. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour, basting occasionally. 6 servings
