Ham with Wine Sauce

1 center cut ham slice, 3 inch thick
Whole cloves
prepared mustard
brown sugar
1 cup of Port wine




Score ham, stick cloves around fat. Cover one side with mustard, rub in brown sugar. Turn ham, repeat. Place in baking dish, pour wine around ham. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour, basting occasionally. 6 servings
