Honey Glazed Ham Slice
one 1 1/2 pound fully cooked ham slice, about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon of dried mustard
6 whole cloves
2 slices of canned pineapple
4 maraschino cherries, halved
Bake ham at 325ºF. for 10 minutes.
Combine brown sugar, honey, mustard and cloves in a small saucepan; mix
well. Bring to a boil; boil 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove
from heat.
Arrange pineapple and cherries on top of ham; spoon on glaze. Bake 15
minutes, basting twice with drippings. Serve warm. Yield 4 servings
