Miniature Ham Puffs

1 cup of water
1/2 cup of margarine
1 cup of flour
4 eggs

FILLING NUMBER ONE:

3 (4 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish
3/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 teaspoon of onion salt
1/3 cup of  sour cream



Preheat oven to 400ºF. Bring water and margarine to a rolling boil in saucepan. Add flour. Cook over low heat until mixture forms a ball, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth and glassy. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and dry. Cool on wire rack. Combine filling ingredients and chill in refrigerator. Split puffs. Remove soft center. Fill with ham mixture.

FILLING NUMBER TWO:

4 cups of  ground ham
2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 cup of sweet relish

Mix together and fill puffs with this mixture or mixture number one.
