Orange Molasses Glazed Ham

2 canned hams (3 lbs each) or one 7 pound canned ham
3/4 cup of dark molasses
3/4 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of apricot preserves
2 teaspoons of prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon of ground allspice
orange sections and watercress for garnish




Place ham on rack of shallow roasting pan. With knife, score surface. Bake according to label directions or at 325ºF. about  20 minutes per pound. In blender combine molasses, orange juice, preserves, mustard and allspice. Cover and blend until smooth. Arrange orange sections down center of ham. Spoon glaze over ham several times during the last half hour of baking. Remove ham to heated platter. Garnish with additional orange sections and watercress. Heat any remaining glaze and serve as sauce.
