| Stir egg into milk; pour over cracker crumbs and let stand for a few minutes. Combine with meats and pepper, mixing well. Shape into loaf; place in greased pan or baking dish. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Top with crushed pineapple, bake 30 minutes longer.
