Shrimp Wrapped in Snow Peas

64 large snow peas, about 1/2 pound
64 large shrimp, about 1 3/4 pounds, peeled and cooked

Dipping Sauce

3 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
3/4 cup of plain yogurt

Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to mix well. Set aside.
Place the snow peas in a microwave or stove top steamer. Cover and cook on high powder or over medium high heat for 3 minutes or just until the snow peas are bright green and pliable. Rinse with cool water and set aside.
Wrap a snow pea around each shrimp, and secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a serving platter and serve with the Dipping sauce.
