| Jamaican BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 cups of cider vinegar 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 4 teaspoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of cayenne powder 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of catsup 1/3 cup of tomato puree
Combine. Mix well and use right away or refrigerate in a sealed quart jar. |
