Beef Macaroni Bake
1 pound of ground chuck
1 1/4 cups of water
one 7/8 ounce package of onion gravy mix
one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 cup of elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup (4 ounces) of shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown meat in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain
and return to skillet. Add water and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Yield 4 servings |
