| Broiled Grapefruit 1 grapefruit 2 tablespoons of brown sugar Cut the grapefruit in half with a sharp knife. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each half. Place under broiler. When the sugar is melted and the edges of the grapefruit are light brown, remove from heat. Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve at once.
