Nutty Fruit Balls
1/4 cup of cashews
1/4 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of almonds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of dried apricots
1/4 cup of coconut
1/4 cup of rolled oats
2 tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of peanut butter
Chop all the nuts, seeds, and fruit. Add honey and peanut butter
and mix well. Roll into balls and chill.
