Tuna Chopsticks
one 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/4 cup of water
2 cups of chow mein noodles, divided
one 6 1/2 ounce can of tuna packed in water, drained
1/2 cup of sliced celery
1/2 cup of cashews, toasted
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon of pepper |

Combine soup and water in a bowl; stir in 1 cup noodles and
remaining ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking
dish; sprinkle with remaining noodles.
Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield 4
servings * Note: Slice the celery in large pieces so your children can
push it aside if they don't like it.
