Spicy Baked Pork Chops

1 cup of orange juice
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of olive oil
4 pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
1 cup of dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons of dried thyme
2 teaspoons of paprika
1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

In a shallow, nonmetal dish, combine the orange juice, garlic, soy sauce, and oil. Mix well. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs, thyme, paprika, red pepper, and black pepper. Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Coat a large baking sheet with no-stick spray. Drain the marinade from the pork; discard the marinade. Add the pork to the bread crumb mixture and toss well to coat. Place the pork on the baking sheet. Coat the pork with non-stick spray. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center. Serves 4.
