Jiffy Meat Loaf
Zippy sauce:
1 cup of catsup
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Combine all ingredients, set aside.
1 pound of ground round steak
3 slices of bacon
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of soft bread crumbs
1/3 cup of milk
Grind bacon with steak. Combine all ingredients, shape into four or six
loaves. Cover with zippy sauce. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Yield 4 - 6
