Quick Italian Meat Loaf
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup of dry bread crumbs
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup of minced onion
1/2 teaspoon of oregano |

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well. Press into a
loaf pan and bake at 350ºF. for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand for 10 to
15 minutes for easier slicing. Serves 6 to 8.
