Teriyaki Grilling Sauce

2/3 cup of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of dry ground mustard
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
2 tablespoons of onion, minced
4 tablespoons of molasses
1/3 cup of olive oil

 

Place the soy sauce in a small bowl. whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion. Add the  molasses and stir well. finally, add olive oil mix well, and immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. Add meat. Cover with remaining marinade. Cover. Refrigerate. Turn 4 times in 24 hours.
