| Place the soy sauce in a small bowl. whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion. Add the molasses and stir well. finally, add olive oil mix well, and immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. Add meat. Cover with remaining marinade. Cover. Refrigerate. Turn 4 times in 24 hours.
