Mix all ingredients, except cheese, blend well. Divide mixture in half. Place half of meat in a ring mold. Place cheese strips over meat. Add the remaining meat and seal well. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH for 15 minutes. Rest 5 minutes or microwave at 50% for 25- 30 minutes.  |
