Chinese Style Ribs

1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/3 cup of dark corn syrup
2 tablespoons of sherry
2 tablespoons of thick steak sauce
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
2 pounds of pork spareribs, cut into 1 rib sections RecipesFromScratch.com8/21/06

Mix the soy sauce, corn syrup, sherry, steak sauce, ginger and horseradish. Place the ribs in bowl and add sauce. Cover tightly with Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove the ribs from bowl and reserve sauce. Place ribs on rack in shallow 10 inch square casserole. Cover with Saran Wrap, turning back edge to vent. Microwave at 70% power for 20 minutes, stirring ribs once. Uncover and brush with sauce. Microwave at 70% power for 15 minutes until glazed and tender, brushing with sauce 2 or 3 times. Makes 15 as appetizers
