2 cups of all-purpose flour 3/4 cup of cornmeal 2 teaspoons of baking powder 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 3/4 cups of milk 1 Egg beaten 1/2 pound of bulk pork sausage
