Alessandra Marinara Sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil
one 28 ounce can of crushed tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
red pepper
black pepper |

In a skillet, sauté the garlic and onion in
olive oil until soft. Add crushed tomatoes, bay leaves, basil, and oregano.
Add peppers to taste. simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
