Cook the macaroni in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Sauté the green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Combine the macaroni, green pepper, onion, olives, mushrooms, ham, cheese, and tomato soup. Place in greased casserole dish. Top with bacon strips. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and bacon is cooked. Remove from oven and serve. Serves 6
