Chopped Ham & Noodle Bake 1/4 cup of chopped onion 1/4 cup
of butter or margarine 2 cups of cubed cooked ham 2 cups of cooked
egg noodles 1/2 cup of sliced pitted black olives one 11 ounce can
of Cheddar cheese soup 1 cup of bread crumbs

| Preheat oven to 375ºF. Sauté the onion
in 2 tablespoons of butter until translucent. Add chopped ham, noodles,
olives, and soup. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt the remaining
butter in small saucepan, mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle bread crumb
mixture on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and
serve. Serves 4 - 6 |
