| Fettuccine con Quantro Formaggio
1/2 pound of green fettuccine 1/4 cup of sweet butter 1 1/4 cups of Parmesan cheese, grated 3 tablespoons of shredded Gruyere cheese 2 tablespoons of crumbled gorgonzola cheese 2 tablespoons of diced Bel Paese cheese salt and pepper to taste |

Cook fettuccine in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain. Toss hot fettuccine with butter, cheeses, salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 4
