Olive oil 2 Garlic cloves 1 cup of low-fat ricotta cheese 1/4 cup of basil leaves 1/4 cup of parsley leaves 1/4 cup of Non-fat milk Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese for garnish Basil for garnish 1 pound of Fettucine pasta |

Directions: Sauté garlic cloves in olive oil until golden and soft. Place garlic, ricotta, basil and parsley in the blender. Puree until smooth. Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency.
