| Shrimp Fettuccini Primavera
one 12 ounce package of fettucini noodles 2 green onions, sliced 1/2 pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced 3 tablespoons of butter 1/4 cup of chopped parsley 1 pound of shrimp, cooked 4 cups of broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2/3 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese, grated pepper |

Cook the fettucini according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile sauté the onions and mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter. Add parsley, shrimp, and broccoli. Stir and cook until warmed through. In another small pan, heat cream, the 2 tablespoons of butter and salt. Stir the vegetable mixture into the drained noodles. Add cream mixture, Parmesan and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. 6 servings
