Low Calorie Turkey Vegetable Burgers

2 cups of  herb seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 cup of chicken broth
2 pounds of ground raw turkey breast
one 10 ounce package of chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 teaspoon of  pepper

In large bowl, toss stuffing mix with chicken broth until moistened. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Shape into patties. Grill and serve with pasta or on top of a sesame seed bun.
