2 cups of cooked vegetable pasta shells 4 ounces of mild cheddar cheese, cubed 1/4 cup of chopped dill pickle 1/4 cup of diced purple onion 1/4 cup of green and red pepper, diced 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of reduced calorie mayonnaise |

Combine all, toss gently and chill at least 1 hour. Add other fresh vegetables if desired.
