Mostaccioli Bake
8 ounces of bulk Italian Sausage
1 cup of meatless spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup of cream style cottage cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of snipped parsley
6 ounces of mostaccioli, cooked and drained
In a skillet, brown sausage, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, set aside. In a
bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of Mozzarella and parsley.
In a 10x6x2 inch baking dish, layer mostaccioli; spread cheese mixture over
pasta. Spoon meat mixture over all. Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.
Bake, uncovered, at 375ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
