Egg Noodle Supreme
2 cups of cooked noodles
1/4 cup of finely chopped green onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon of tarragon
1/2 cup (2 ounces) of shredded Colby cheese
1/2 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
Combine all ingredients, except sour cream. Put into a 1 quart
casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. Remove cover; stir in
sour cream. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until heated
through. 4 servings |
