Noodles Romanoff
4 cups of noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) of cream style cottage cheese
1 cup of dairy sour cream
1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 cup (2 ounces) of shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of snipped parsley
Combine all ingredients, except Cheddar cheese and parsley. Put
into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 325ºF. for 40 minutes, or until heated
through. Sprinkle with parsley. 6 servings |
