Quick Noodle Casserole
one 10 ounce can of beef broth
1/2 soup can of water
8 ounces of egg noodles
1 cup of grated American cheese
one 3 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, undrained
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Bring broth and water to a boil in saucepan. Add noodles and cook for 8 - 10
minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in cheese and mushrooms. Season
with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot. Serves 4 |
