Yummie Sesame Noodles
3 tablespoons of crunchy Peanut butter 3 tablespoons of warm water 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 teaspoon of ground fresh ginger 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar 3 teaspoons of soy sauce 1 pound of pasta Chopped scallions
While pasta is cooking, mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. When the pasta is cooked, drain, and mix with sauce. Chill for a few hours before serving. They are best cold!! Garnish with scallions just before serving. Serves: 4 Posted to recipelu-digest by molony
