Alfredos Noodles

Alfredos Noodles

1/2 pound of noodles; 1/4 inch wide
1/4 pound of unsalted butter; melted
1 cup of heavy cream, warmed
3/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper




Have a large bowl warmed and ready before you cook the noodles. Drain the cooked noodles and put them into the bowl. Quickly add remaining ingredients, tossing briskly to coat all the noodles, and serve at once. Serving Size: 3
