Apple & Raisin Noodle Pudding
1/2 pound of egg noodles 1/2 cup of raisins 6 Eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 cup of butter 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 3 Apples, peeled, cored
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook noodles, drain in colander & rinse well with cold water. Soak raisins in cup of boiling water to soften. Let stand 10 min, then drain. Combine ingredients with noodles, mix well & pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 min or till browned on top. Serve with yogurt or sour cream.
