Tuna Pasta Salad
8 ounces of pasta of your choice
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
one 7 ounce can of tuna fish, drained and flaked
1 green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
Mayonnaise to taste
lettuce
1 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced |

Cook pasta in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain
well.
Mix onion, celery, tuna, green pepper and pickle relish together.
Add to pasta with enough mayonnaise to bind salad together. Refrigerate for
several hours or overnight.
Serve salad on bed of lettuce, garnished with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
