Vermicelli Salad w/Crabmeat

8 ounces of vermicelli
8 black Chinese dried mushrooms
1 pound of crabmeat
4 scallions, sliced
1 cup of water chestnuts, drained and cut into thin strips
1 cup of bamboo shoots, drained and cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce
3 drops of hot chili sauce
3 tablespoons of oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Cook vermicelli in boiling, salted water until just tender, following package directions; drain.
Place mushrooms in bowl and cover with boiling water, let soak for 30 minutes. Drain and cut into strips.
Combine pasta, mushrooms, crabmeat, scallions, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, chili sauce, and oil, mix well.
Sprinkle salad with lemon juice and serve. Serves 4
