| Beef Vegetable Soup with noodles
1 pound of ground beef 2 stalks celery, finely chopped 3 carrots, thinly sliced 2 medium onions, chopped 6 cups of water 1 beef bouillon cube one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 1/2 cup of small pasta shells one 28 ounce can of tomatoes, undrained, chopped 2 bay leaves 1 1/2 teaspoons of basil salt and pepper to taste one 10 1/2 ounce package of frozen green beans or peas |

Brown ground beef in large saucepan. Add celery, carrots and onions, sauté for 5minutes, stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients, except green beans or peas, ands bring to a oil. Cover and simmer for 50 minutes. Add green beans or peas and continue simmering u until vegetables and pasta are tender. discard bay leaves and serve.
