| Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies
1 cup of peanut butter 2 eggs 1 stick + 2 tablespoons of butter 1 package of semisweet chocolate chips 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 1 box of yellow cake mix |
| Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons margarine in top of double boiler or microwave oven; add Eagle Brand milk. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients together. Put 1/2 of peanut butter mixture in bottom of greased and floured cake pan; pour chocolate mixture on top, then add second half of peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate. Bake at 350ºF. approximately 1/2 hour.
