Soft Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 Egg

Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoonful onto un-greased cookie sheet. Press cookies out so that they are not completely flat, but they should still be slightly balled. Bake at 350ºF.  for approximately 10 minutes (watch them!). Immediately press with a fork. Let cool on sheet a few minutes before removing.
