Barbecued Pork Chops 6
8 - 12 thinly sliced pork chops
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 cups of water
1 cup of catsup
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 dashes of hot pepper sauce |

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange chops in
single layer in shallow baking dish. Cover each with lemon and
onion slices. Bake 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in
large saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat. Pour
meat. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Continue baking, basting
once or twice, until meat is done. 4 - 6 servings
