Breaded Pork Chops 2

4 large pork chops
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of sage
4 tablespoons of butter
4 tablespoons of oil
1 egg
salt and pepper

Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper. Beat the egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Dry the pork chops and dip each in flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper, dip in the egg and dip in the breadcrumb mixture. Place in refrigerator and cool before cooking. Heat the butter and oil in skillet and fry the pork chops for about 10 minutes on each side until well browned.
