Stir together honey, mustard and pepper (about 1 teaspoon
mustard and a dash of pepper to 1/2 cup honey).

Pork loin or rib chops
Heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat. Cover and grill pork 4 to 5
inches from medium heat, 12 to 16 minutes for 1 inch thick chops,
turning occasionally and brushing with honey-mustard sauce, until
slightly pink when cut near bone.
