Grilled Peppered Pork w/Orange
1 tablespoon of clear honey 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 1 tablespoon of oil 2 teaspoon of soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 peppercorn, roughly crushed Zest and juice of half an orange 4 pork chops Orange slices, to garnish
Place the honey, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, salt, peppercorns, orange juice and rind in a bowl and stir until smooth. Cook the chops on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the honey mixture throughout the cooking. Serve garnished with the orange slices.
