Grilled Pork Chops
1/3 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
four 1 inch thick pork chops
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan and mix well.
Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15
minutes. set aside.
Place pork chops on grill 5 inches from hot coals; grill 20 to
25 minutes on each side, basting frequently with sauce.
Yield: 4 servings
