Oven Fried Pork Chops

3 tablespoons of margarine or butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of corn bread stuffing mix
4 pork loin chops( about 1 1/2 pounds), cut 1/2 inch thick



Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place margarine or butter in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Place pan in the oven about 3 minutes or until margarine melts. Stir together egg and milk. Dip pork chops in egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place chops on top of melted margarine in pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn. Bake 10 - 15 minutes more, or until pork is no longer pink. Serves 4
