Paprika Pork Chops
4 large pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Trim the fat from pork chops, and brush meat with
teriyaki sauce. Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and coat
the foil with olive oil. Place the pork chops in the dish.
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, and paprika. Sprinkle 1/2
of this spice mixture on the chops. Bake the chops or cook on a grill
for 10 minutes. Turn the chops, coat with remaining spice mixture,
and bake until cooked thoroughly but not overdone, about another 10
minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4 |
