Pork Chops & Potato Bake
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 package of hash brown potatoes
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of French onion rings
6 medium pork chops
seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper |

Brown the chops and sprinkle with seasoned
salt. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, potatoes, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup of the
cheese and 1/2 can of the onion rings. Spoon into a greased 9x13 inch pan
and arrange chops over top. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. Top
with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes
more.
