Smoked Pork Chops w/Cabbage Slaw
3 cups of shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups of grated carrots
1/3 cup of chopped green or sweet red pepper
1/3 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of celery seeds
4 smoked pork chops, about 1 1/2 pounds
Combine all ingredients except pork chops,
mix well. Place in a 10 inch square baking dish. Arrange pork chops on top
of cabbage mixture. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until pork
chops are tender and slaw is thoroughly heated. Serve immediately. 4
servings
To microwave: Assemble and microwave at HIGH for 6 - 8 minutes. Remove chops
and stir slaw. Return chops, cover and microwave at HIGH for 6- 8 minutes or
until slaw is thoroughly heated. |
